SilverSneakers Flex Indoor Strength and Balance - SilverSneaker approved class that focuses on strength and balance. Class is circuit style ~ rotating between 15 stations. All participants progress weights and activities as they improve. Class size is kept small to allow for proper supervision. Free to SilverSneaker members.
L.A.B. (Legs, Abd, Butt) - This class is designed to strengthen and shape your lower body. Timed interval exercises using leg muscles, abdominals and gluteals separated by bouts of cardio blasts. $5.00/class
Fortify Your Frame - The original. This class is designed to strengthen the core of aging adults with chronic spine pain and degenerative changes. Participants must be able to get on and off floor. All exercises are osteoporotic and arthritic safe! $5.00/class
