I started my career as a Physical Therapist Assistant, after a life-altering automobile accident. I withdrew from college, rehabbed for long time before starting down a new path. I have been working in the fitness industry since graduating with my Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Studies in 1993. My personal training business was built by hosting numerous community lectures and workshops and just being involved in the community. I pride myself on my personalized, hands-on approach to working with my clients. Watching improvements over time is an amazing feeling; to know I am making a difference in someone's life is truly rewarding. Fortify Your Frame was originally created out of frustration and concern for individuals with chronic back pain and other medical concerns. Many doctors tell their patients to exercise, but offer no direction in the "what type" and "how to" exercise. Rightfully so, as many physicians are not exercise specialists and may not have the know the correct answers. I have your answers. I am your exercise expert. Fortify Your Frame is your exercise option. The philosophy is simple, stability before mobility - start with success and progress from there.
I look forward to seeing you in one of my classes. You never know what you can accomplish until you try. I am here to help you be the very best you can be.
